After your purchase is sent out from Mod Natives, we are not held responsible for damaged, delayed, or stolen items. We ship with carriers USPS and UPS; please contact them if you are having trouble regarding your order.
If you wish to purchase insurance on an item please contact email@example.com and we can set that up for you. Please keep in mind the cost differs from carriers and you will have to pay the insurance fee and shipping fee.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. You will be in charge of paying customs and duties if they apply.
Mod Natives is not in charge of any customs or duty fees. Once the item leaves our premises all additional costs are at the cost of the customer.
Orders are processed 2-3 business days before shipment.
After the product(s) are shipped out please allow 2-7 business days for domestic delivery.
International delivery can take anywhere between 2-7 weeks based on the carrier.

Returns + Exchanges
Mod Natives does allow a return policy within 14 days of the item(s) being received. Furthermore, to make a return, Mod Natives requires your item to be in the same condition that it has been received. This means Mod Natives has the right to deny items that have deodorant stains, rips or tears on the product, if the item looks like it has been worn, or the item is missing its original tags. However, due to being a small business, we can only offer store credit after 7 days of receiving your item.
Before making any returns you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the reasoning, the order number, and the item(s) being returned. We will reply back within 24 hours to assist you with the order.
Yes. The customer will have to pay shipping costs for the return. We will email you a prepaid shipping return label and deduct the cost of the shipping from your refund.
Final sale items will be listed in each product description. However, jewelry and accessories are ALWAYS final sale with no exceptions. This includes: earrings, necklaces, hair accessories, hats etc. Sale items are also considered final sale.
Due to our small stock we do not accept exchanges. We stock from several different vendors, so there is a chance we won't be able to restock after we are sold out. However, feel free to return the item (follow our return process at the bottom of the page) and repurchase a different size if it is stocked!
Once our stock is gone, there is a rare occurrence it will be restocked. However, if it's a bestseller or we hear from you (the customer) that you want it back, we will restock based on the availability of our vendor. Make sure if you see an item you like to snatch it quick before it's to late! ♡
